Medical Oxygen Plant (MOP) Oxygen Generator technology is capable of generating oxygen with 93±3 percent concentration which can be directly supplied to hospital beds. It utilises pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technique and molecular sieve (Zeolite) technology to generate oxygen directly from atmospheric air.

Oxygen Generator technology is capable of generating oxygen with 93±3 percent concentration which can be directly supplied to hospital beds. It utilises pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technique and molecular sieve (Zeolite) technology to generate oxygen directly from atmospheric air

PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) as sorbent, to adsorb and release nitrogen with the principle which is pressurization makes adsorption and depressurization makes desorption, in order to finally get production oxygen. PSA oxygen generator is a kind of  automated equipment. ZMS is produced by a special groove treatment process. Its surface and interior are full of white sorbents which are microporousand spherical particles. Its groove character make the dynamic separation of O₂ and N₂ come true. Separation is based on the tiny difference of aerodynamic diameter of O₂ and N_2.  N₂ molecule diffuses faster than O₂ molecule in the micropore of ZMS. Diffusion rates of water, CO₂ in compressed air are almost the same as that of N_2. The final enriched are oxygen molecules from adsorption towers.
